Bailey & Michael :: Spring Lake Golf Club Wedding Photos

This sweet couple’s big day had all the makings of a quaint and classic Jersey shore wedding: from the custom escort cards made to look like beach badges to the pork roll, egg and cheese sandwiches served at the end of the night, not a single detail was overlooked! Keep reading to see some of the great details in Bailey and Michael’s Spring Lake Golf Club wedding photos!
Bailey and Michael had a classic Jersey Shore engagement session, complete with antique style bicycles, so for their wedding, they continued the theme. And of course, they brought Brighton the dog along to the wedding as well! Each and every detail these lovebirds included in their wedding day was chosen with perfection, and it made for such a complete day. Add all of this to the location and weather, and you get a picturesque wedding day!
The Spring Lake Golf Club is a great venue for couples looking for a golf club close to the shore. This venue combines a great space (that has history, too!) with a great location – perfect for fun and fantastic photos!
Thank you Bailey, Michael and Brighton (the pup!) for giving me the honor of capturing your big day! Cheers to years of love and laughter!

How did you two meet and fall in love?
We met on a dating app called Hinge. Bailey loved the photo of Michael wearing pants that looked like the flag of Ireland. Our first date was at an Irish Pub called Kells. We fell in love as we spent more and more time together, learned more about each other, had great adventures together and continued to grow closer.

What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?
Michael: Seeing Bailey as she walked down the aisle in her beautiful dress. And 2nd- seeing Brighton (the Golden) greet us as we left the church.
Bailey: That moment when Msgr. Cullen announced Michael & I as husband and wife. It was such a special ceremony surrounded by all our closest family & friends.

Was there a theme behind your wedding day? What colors did you choose? What ‘feeling’ were you going for?
Our theme was around the Jersey Shore. We had a Bruce Springsteen cover band and served pork roll sliders for a late night snack. Our decor included beach badge place cards and beach cruiser bikes (cake topper, guest book, card basket).

What made you choose your specific venue for your wedding day?
We loved the Spring Lake Golf Club because it allowed us to have an outdoor cocktail hour overlooking the beautiful golf course and a large dance floor inside to continue the party throughout the night with the B Street Band.

What was most important to you when planning your wedding?
We wanted to plan a fun gathering for all of our family and friends to enjoy so we could all celebrate together.

What piece of advice would you give to future couples planning their big day?
Think about what is important to you and incorporate that into your special day. Also, be sure to enjoy every day of your engagement- it flies by way too quickly!
