Kelsey and Joey :: Married
Park Savoy Wedding Photos
When I first met Kelsey and Joey, we instantly connected. I’m pretty sure our initial consultation meeting over Starbucks was basically 2 hours long! We sat down, like we were old friends and just discussed everything from their wedding plans to just discussing them, as a couple. Kelsey and I connected over our love for dance, as I taught Zumba at the time and she is a Pure Barre instructor. Joey and I connected over the fact that we both love trim, carpentry and building things (my fiancé is a carpenter!). I even attended their engagement party as a friend, and met their sweet families and friends before the wedding even happened!
When the big day finally came, there were many tears (including my own) and so many amazing moments. I’m pretty sure these Park Savoy wedding photos will make you tear up to as you go through them!
I could write a novel about this wedding, but I feel the photos could depict it best. The one thing I will say is that after documenting Kelsey and Joey’s wedding, I can definitely see why we’re such great friends through out the wedding planning process. These two are genuinely sweet, have a strong faith, they adore their families and friends and they lift each other up constantly. I cannot wait to see these two start a family of their own and instill these great qualities in their children.
Congratulations Kelsey and Joe, it was an honor being a part of your special day.

Be sure to leave them some love in the comments below!
How did you two meet and fall in love?
We were high school sweet hearts!
Seeing him at our first look and during our ceremony really made it feel “real”
Was there a theme behind your wedding day? What colors did you choose? What ‘feeling’ were you going for?
Glamorous yet fairytale like and romantic (blush, gold, rose gold, glitter).
What made you choose your specific venue for your wedding day?
Classic Glamour style with beautiful gardens.
What was most important to you when planning your wedding?
Making sure my vendors understood my vision
What piece of advice would you give to future couples planning their big day?
Try not to get so caught up in it being “perfect” (even though I’m completely guilty of that). Remember why you’re truly marrying the person you’re marrying. Try not to get caught up in the materialistic aspect of it.
Pinterest is your friend, but also your worst enemy. Make your wedding what works for you YOU and your relationship, not just because it’s “trendy.”
