I Love a Nanina’s in the Park wedding! From the staircases, to the outdoor bridge, and everything in between, it is simply amazing. When you take a classy couple, like Ashley and Marc, and celebrate them in such a gorgeous place, it truly becomes a dream. Keep reading to hear about their big day!

Ashley and Marc are such as special couple for so many reasons, and of course, they have a furbaby…named Bernie (I am partial to him as that’s my sister’s nickname, LOL). Their elegance, class, and personality shine through in everything they do, and their wedding was no different: from the location, to her gown, to having an artist on hand to document their wedding via a painting on canvas (live), they are incredible!

When you take an exquisite couple like Ashley and Marc, and put them in an extravagant venue like Nanina’s in the Park for their big day, you truly get the perfect fit. Shooting them throughout the venue was so easy: they looked simply stunning on the bridge, as if it was made for them. Inside, on their elegant staircase, Ashley was stunning in her Stella York gown. Plus, Nanina’s in the Park has food…..tons of food. Their cocktail hour is AMAZING. The detail they put into the display is incredible. I could go on and on about Nanina’s in the Park!

Thank you Ashley, Marc, your families and friends for an unbelievable day! I am beyond honored that you chose me to document the first day of your lives together as husband and wife. I wish you nothing but the best, forever!

How did you two meet and fall in love?

We met online; after two dates Marc asked me to be his girlfriend. One year later we moved in together, and the rest is history.

What was your favorite memory from your wedding day?

My favorite moment was the Ketubah signing. It was a very intimate moment of family and close friends.

Marc’s favorite moment, on the other hand, was when my hair started coming out at the end of the night while dancing and I had a rat tail… he thought that was hilarious.

Was there a theme behind your wedding day? What colors did you choose? What ‘feeling’ were you going for?

We were going with a classic romantic look: black, white, silver and gray gowns, linens, etc., with white and light pink florals.

What piece of advice would you give to future couples planning their big day?

Slow down and enjoy because it all goes very fast. We began planning a year and a half in advance and it all went quickly. We took our time in selecting a venue that not only accomodated our needs and wants, but fit both of us as well. Once we hit one month out everything happened even faster! Now that we are on our last day of our honeymoon this is even going faster! Everyone told us to enjoy every moment but it is so hard when you are enjoying the best day ever!
